About the role

The Field Sales Account Executive will manage a defined territory in North Nashville, TN, driving growth of CooperVision's contact lens portfolio. You will build and maintain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff to increase product adoption and market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals based on the territory quota.
  • Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email within 24 hours.
  • Develop and execute account business plans with the Regional Director.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

Required profile

  • Residency in or near the assigned North Nashville territory.
  • Consultative selling style with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience using Showpad.
  • Ability to navigate Tableau for data insights.
