Field Sales Account Executive – Evanston, IL

About the role

Join CooperVision, a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses, as a Field Sales Account Executive in Evanston, IL. You will be responsible for driving growth of the contact lens portfolio within an assigned territory, building strong relationships with eye‑care professionals, and delivering consultative sales solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined sales territory and achieve or exceed quota targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff.
• Conduct 5‑7 pre‑set appointments per workday and follow up on inquiries within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales tools (Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau) to track activity and report performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations to execute business strategies.
• Prepare account business plans with the Regional Director and execute call‑cycle plans.

Required profile

• Reside in or near the Evanston territory.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a consultative selling style.
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Showpad.
• Ability to navigate Tableau dashboards.
