Field Inventory Planner II – Inventory Management & Automation

About the role

As a Field Inventory Planner II you will ensure accurate and efficient field and distribution inventory, driving operational excellence through data analytics and low‑code automation. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with the field selling organization and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory transactions such as capital evaluations, consignment handling and cycle‑counting, and provide troubleshooting support.
• Coordinate stock liquidation and transfers based on cost, age and demand, and act quickly on out‑of‑stock situations.
• Support new product launches by following established inventory procedures.
• Analyze inventory data (levels, forecast accuracy, service level, backorder, lead time, E&EO, short shelf life) and produce daily, weekly and monthly metrics reports.
• Design and develop Power Apps solutions to digitize manual processes and automate workflows with Power Automate, integrating SAP, Excel, SharePoint and other sources.
• Build real‑time dashboards in Power BI to visualise key inventory KPIs.
• Document and execute inventory processes in line with SOPs, participate in quality audits and ensure compliance with the Quality Policy.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory planning or supply‑chain operations with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in using low‑code tools to automate and improve processes.
• Commitment to quality, compliance and patient safety standards.
