Facility Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that Cresco Labs’ production and manufacturing facilities in Brookville remain in optimal condition. You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, coordinate work orders, and guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee regular building inspections, including HVAC, lighting, roofing, and security systems.
• Procure bids, manage leasing and oversee facility projects as needed.
• Develop and maintain schedules for routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain interior and exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life‑safety equipment, and fencing.
• Delegate tasks and create work lists for Maintenance Technicians.
• Direct technicians in repairing mechanical equipment and resolving building system issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
