About the role
The Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Americas needs a proactive Executive Assistant to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate travel, and support high‑impact meetings. Based in New York, this role ensures the VP’s schedule runs smoothly and that all logistical details are handled with precision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the VP’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
- Prepare and submit expense reports via Concur and liaise with Richemont Accounts Payable.
- Organize off‑site meetings, seminars, and large‑scale events, handling all logistics and catering.
- Maintain the VP’s workspace, order supplies, and greet visitors.
- Consolidate presentation materials and support senior direct reports with travel and expense administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum one year of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a sense of urgency.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP (plus).
- Proficiency in Concur expense management system.
