ERP Process Analyst - Cost Accounting

About the role

Moog is seeking an ERP Process Analyst specialized in Cost Accounting to join its Business Process Modernization Program. The role supports the end‑to‑end ERP transformation, working across discovery, design, build, test, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide work‑stream support and contribute to process governance for the cost accounting domain.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation for the global ERP template.
• Collaborate with Business Operating Groups, IT, and global site teams to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in all transformation phases, including discovery, design, build, test, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Help create a scalable Global Template adaptable to sites of varying size and complexity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Finance or SAP Controlling, preferably in manufacturing, project‑based or aerospace & defense environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP cost accounting processes, FI/CO integration, cost‑center accounting, internal orders, project/WBS costing, allocations, settlements and period‑end close.
• Experience with standard cost development, actual costing, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
