ERP Applications Specialist – Tech Consulting

About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of LexisNexis Firco™ Continuity cloud‑native compliance solutions for enterprise clients in regulated industries. You will guide customers through the full lifecycle, from solution design to deployment, advanced troubleshooting, and security integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment of Firco™ Continuity cloud solutions, including infrastructure preparation, installation, configuration, and validation.
• Configure and optimize Kubernetes clusters, persistent storage, container registries, and networking components such as Ingress and Service Mesh.
• Integrate and secure connections to RDBMS, IBM MQ, and web servers according to client architecture.
• Implement best practices for high availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Manage environment variables and configuration files for complex deployments.
• Document solutions, provide training, and support client personnel on functional applications.

Required profile

• Experienced practitioner capable of working independently on complex technical problems.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven ability to contribute to process improvements and act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
