Enablement Lead, Hotels

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to support a global go‑to‑market team scaling hotel partnerships. You will develop training programs, maintain essential resources for field teams, and enhance the learning technology they rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Salesforce resource library, including guides, job aids, and live sessions.
• Track Salesforce changes and update resources before workflow changes reach the team.
• Partner with Salesforce admins and operations to anticipate upcoming releases.
• Support enablement for major tooling and process launches with fast turnarounds.
• Create role‑based resources for Market Managers, Associates, and Account Executives.
• Administer new‑hire onboarding, handling access requests, toolkit updates, and scheduling.

Required profile

• 5+ years in enablement, learning & development, or sales operations, with at least 3 years enabling sales teams on Salesforce.
• Proven ability to create just‑in‑time content such as one‑pagers, quick reference guides, short videos, and in‑tool guidance.
• Hands‑on experience with a course authoring tool (e.g., Articulate) and a content platform (e.g., Highspot).
• Experience running programs end‑to‑end independently and using AI tools thoughtfully.
