E-Commerce & Digital Shelf Excellence Manager – Walmart

About the role

As the E‑Commerce & Digital Shelf Excellence Manager for Walmart, you will own end‑to‑end performance of Philips Personal Health products on Walmart.com. You will drive content quality, search visibility, conversion and availability through centralized digital content tools and strategic road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, monitor and act on digital‑shelf KPIs, translating data into prioritized optimization actions such as PDP enhancements, A/B testing and SEO/GEO improvements.
• Partner with Digital Content Excellence on AI‑driven commerce initiatives, testing and scaling content, search and PDP strategies.
• Execute digital merchandising, brand‑page launches, site placements and promotional activities, ensuring flawless go‑live during key events.
• Manage 3P marketplace performance and brand protection while collaborating with National Account Managers, Marketing and Syndication teams.
• Provide insights to support line reviews and customer‑facing meetings, aligning commercial priorities with best‑in‑class digital execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital‑shelf optimization or retailer.com execution, preferably with Walmart or other major retailers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or equivalent experience.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to work with Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Supply Chain.
