Dishwasher & Janitor – Restaurant Support

About the role

As a Dishwasher/Janitor at Chuy’s, you will keep the restaurant environment spotless and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently. You will work behind the scenes to support both guests and the culinary team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly.
• Maintain a tidy dining area, restrooms, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to health‑code regulations.
• Organize cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist kitchen staff by keeping workstations organized and stocked.

Required profile

• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Basic reading comprehension in English to understand work instructions.
