About the role

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a reliable dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and support the service team. The position involves operating dishwashing equipment, maintaining strict sanitation standards, and handling waste in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the commercial dish machine efficiently.
• Monitor and adjust rinse and wash temperatures.
• Change water and store/use dish chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Set up, organize, and maintain dish racks.
• Remove trash and keep work areas tidy.
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and exhibit teamwork.

Required profile

• Works well with others and follows sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume restaurant setting.

Required skills

• Dish machine operation.
• Knowledge of proper rinse and wash temperatures.
