About the role
This senior position leads strategic advisory initiatives for physician and clinician compensation programs within healthcare organizations. The role combines consulting, operational problem‑solving, and relationship management to improve compensation administration, governance, and workforce effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and discovery engagements to assess compensation models, operational structures, and workflows.
- Provide expert advisory services on compensation governance, pay administration, and workforce management best practices.
- Develop customized deliverables such as documentation, reference materials, governance frameworks, and operational recommendations.
- Collaborate with implementation, analytics, and client services teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Support clients with market intelligence, compensation reporting, workforce analytics, and operational insights.
- Advise on physician‑hospital contractual structures, compensation processes, and compliance considerations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring recommendations to diverse organizational priorities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing, thought leadership, and continuous improvement of service offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, clinical studies, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in physician compensation, healthcare operations, physician enterprise management, or related advisory roles.
- Deep practical knowledge of physician compensation administration within health systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance and compensation governance.
