About the role

Seamless is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale the engine that drives pipeline growth. This senior strategist will lead a high‑performing team across SEO, content, and agency partners, aligning closely with the Revenue team to deliver integrated campaigns from first touch to close.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute full‑funnel demand generation strategy across paid, lifecycle, and content channels.
  • Design and optimize the lead journey, ensuring seamless lead routing and high‑quality MQLs.
  • Manage segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral automation using tools such as Customer.io and Salesforce.
  • Own data‑driven CRO initiatives, monitoring CAC, ROAS, CPL and testing landing pages, ad creative, and email flows.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, pushing for measurable results and eliminating fluff.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of aligning marketing programs with sales to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable living in data and making decisions based on test results.
  • Experience managing and motivating cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
