About the role

Deel is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy for its HR product vertical. You will shape messaging, positioning, and launch plans that drive demand, adoption, and growth across a global SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

Serve as a key partner between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to support alignment and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enable product success.
Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for new product launches.

Required profile

Senior‑level experience in product marketing.
