Digital Solutions Lead - Automotive Refinish

About the role

Join BASF’s Automotive Refinish team as a Digital Solutions Lead, driving digital transformation for collision repair customers across the Americas. You will champion the Refinity platform, support its adoption, and help shape new digital offerings that improve shop performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital initiatives and act as the primary Refinity support contact for customers and sales teams.
• Manage Refinity operations, including user access, onboarding, training, and data maintenance.
• Provide end‑to‑end technical and operational support for field teams, partners, and customers.
• Develop training resources, SOPs, and monthly Q&A sessions to drive product adoption.
• Partner with product owners and vendors to enhance system functionality, support integrations, and resolve issues (testing, bug tracking, API coordination).
• Track conversion performance, deliver reporting and insights, and drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor competitive offerings, industry trends, and conduct SWOT analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Solid educational background and relevant experience in the collision repair or automotive sector.
• Proven experience across commercial functions such as marketing and product management.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and with global teams.
