Delivery Trainer (RSR)

About the role

Amazon’s Rural Super Rural (RSR) team is looking for self‑motivated Delivery Trainers to shape the next generation of Delivery Associates in remote areas. You will lead hands‑on training sessions, drive‑alongs, and classroom instruction to ensure safe, high‑quality, and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 participants, including in‑station sessions and on‑road drive‑alongs.
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate training schedules and resources.
• Establish and maintain a strong driver‑training culture within the delivery station.
• Design and set up the training experience, delivering independent instruction on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and provide real‑time answers to associate questions.
• Model Amazon Leadership Principles and ensure associates are prepared to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Passion for mentoring and comfortable teaching large groups.
• Hands‑on approach with experience conducting drive‑alongs.
• Age 21 + with a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File (DQF) and meet DOT requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer‑centric service.
