DataStage Developer – Plano, TX

About the role

Infosys is looking for a DataStage Developer to join its Data and Analytics (DNA) unit in Plano, Texas. You will work on data integration projects, leveraging DataStage and Oracle technologies to transform raw data into actionable insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements during the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and apply changes to the codebase.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth software adoption.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.

Required profile
