Data Entry Clerk – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates or freshers who want to start a career in data and technology operations. You will work with structured and unstructured data, applying logical reasoning to ensure accuracy while gaining exposure to Excel and basic data analysis concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate data requests from internal teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to spot discrepancies, inconsistencies, and patterns.
• Conduct research using web sources and internal tools to validate information.
• Apply logical reasoning to resolve ambiguous or edge‑case scenarios.
• Maintain high data‑quality standards while meeting daily productivity and SLA targets.
• Manage assigned queues independently with minimal supervision.
• Document findings clearly and communicate insights when required.
• Support pilot projects, testing initiatives, and product launches.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Recent high‑school, college or university graduate (2025‑2026).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Good logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
