About the role
Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Data Engineer Developer Lead to drive data‑centric solutions using Google Cloud and Data Studio. You will work on transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Document and refine business requirements for data solutions.
- Lead design discussions, capture architectural decisions, and guide the technical team.
- Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, manage repositories, and maintain high‑quality codebases.
- Implement testing strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
- Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
- Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data engineering and cloud platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and adopting emerging AI/analytics technologies.
Required skills
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) core services.
- Google Visualization API and Data Studio.
- Data modeling and database design.
- Agentic AI / agent engineering concepts.
