About the role
Meter is building a unified data layer that powers decisions across marketing, sales, finance and product. As a Data Analyst you will own the transformation of fragmented data from systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and ad platforms into reliable, actionable insights that the GTM organization can trust.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and ship canonical dbt models for accounts, opportunities, marketing touches and revenue.
- Reduce manual reconciliation time for marketing performance queries by building automated reporting pipelines.
- Create attribution and funnel models to compare partner, paid and outbound acquisition costs.
- Partner with finance during forecasting cycles and with marketing during budget planning.
- Design schemas for new data sources and maintain data quality through testing and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an analytical partner within a GTM function, regularly participating in pipeline reviews and attribution discussions.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and translating business questions into data solutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
