About the role
Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation.
- Provide courteous, attentive service to guests.
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
