Key responsibilities

• Read and follow daily prep sheets and Bubba’s 33 recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized walk‑in refrigerator and storage areas.
• Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Follow food storage, rotation, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
