About the role

As a Server at Chuy’s, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, guiding guests through the menu and creating a memorable dining experience. Pay is variable by location and includes tips, allowing you to earn based on performance and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks, ensuring timely delivery and quality presentation.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage tips.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Upsell specials and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

• Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tables.
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying shifts, including holidays.
