Creator and Athlete Management Team Lead - TikTok Operations

About the role

The Creator & Athlete Management Lead for Sports will drive growth of high‑impact sports creators and athletes on TikTok across North America. You will shape strategy, lead a dedicated team, and ensure TikTok remains the premier destination for sports content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on expanding a portfolio of North American sports creators, driving product adoption and creating vertical case studies.
• Negotiate and manage high‑value partnerships with top creators, athletes, agencies, and sports organizations.
• Develop scalable acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business goals while continuously improving partner engagement.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional networks with Sales, Marketing, Public Policy, and Communications to influence broader business impact.
• Establish feedback loops between creators and product teams, applying a test‑and‑learn approach to translate business objectives into initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sports Creator Programs to roll out feature education, product adoption initiatives, and measurable success metrics.
• Partner with creator support to advocate for creator needs and monitor urgent or recurring issues.
• Identify and showcase key case studies for education initiatives and creator marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams with a proven impact on creator or content ecosystems.
• Demonstrated expertise in sports‑related content strategy and partnership management.
• Strong coaching mindset and ability to develop high‑performing, motivated teams.
• Experience adapting global business priorities to a regional market, particularly North America.
