Creative Solutions Project Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an energetic, creative and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Brand Partnerships team in New York. You will drive the development and cross-functional delivery of media and event-led campaigns for world-leading brands, with strong client service, budget management and data storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Drive different department teams on brand partnership projects, both media and event-led, keeping everything within budget
• Manage day-to-day client communication throughout a project and look to upsell beyond the current agreement
• Report on campaign work regularly, turning data into insights and finding solutions when results need improvement
• Work with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategists to interpret client briefs and turn ideas into deliverable packages within time and budget constraints
• Take part in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, influencers and third parties
• Keep up to date with the media and events market, build competitor reviews and improve internal tools and processes

Required profile

• +3 years in a relevant role, ideally in a media owner or creative/digital/events agency in a Project/Account Management or Production role
• Significant client servicing experience
• Experience building attractive, client-facing decks
• Fluent English; ideally comfortable on camera for social media videos

• Strategic and analytical skills, able to turn data into engaging stories
• Good knowledge of the global media, advertising and social landscape
• Numeracy and literacy, and strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
