Corporate Chef Manager – Field Sales

About the role

The Manager, Culinary Strategy – Field Sales leads a team of field‑based Corporate Chefs who engage foodservice operators, activate brand solutions, and support culinary sales across the United States. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Culinary & Beverage Strategy, the role blends strategic planning with hands‑on customer interaction to drive growth for Nestlé Professional Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Corporate Chefs, overseeing training, performance metrics, and talent development.
• Design and execute field culinary strategies that align with growth initiatives, customer priorities, and business objectives, including strategic activations and business reviews.
• Optimize resource allocation and implement standardized tools and processes to ensure consistent, scalable execution across all regions.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑oriented leader with strong problem‑solving abilities and experience driving change and scalable processes.
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of foodservice channels, industry trends, and consultative selling within a culinary or food manufacturing environment.
