About the role

The Superintendent leads on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines field leadership, coordination with trade partners, and alignment with client expectations to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of field personnel to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee all on‑site construction work, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources, resolve issues, and control field‑related costs.
• Enforce safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Review and approve daily field documentation such as progress reports, safety logs, and incident records.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Integrate prefabrication strategies by collaborating with prefabrication teams and trade partners.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in construction or a related field.
