Construction Project Manager – Commercial & Residential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead both commercial and residential projects for a well‑established South Florida builder. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all on‑site construction activities for commercial and residential projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor daily progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to keep schedules on track.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety‑first culture on the job site.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure design compliance.
• Conduct quality control inspections and verify workmanship meets project standards.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external reports on job status, progress, and estimates.
• Negotiate contracts, secure permits, and manage licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience managing commercial and residential construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
