Community Manager – Solace at the Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Solace at the Ranch property in Colorado Springs. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures the community meets financial and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures, maintain petty‑cash, and enforce lease terms, including applications, renewals, inspections, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address community concerns in compliance with Fair Housing and related regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
