Leasing Professional (Colorado Springs)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a residential community in Colorado Springs. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospects.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and track performance.
