Lease-Up Leasing Professional (Ensley)

About the role

We are looking for a Lease‑Up Leasing Professional to support the Ensley community in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on preparing lease files, coordinating move‑ins, and providing administrative support to achieve occupancy and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare resident lease files by coordinating move‑in dates, rent rates, and lease terms, and assembling required documentation to meet audit standards.
• Assist leasing professionals in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move‑ins, including preparing move‑in packages and confirming appointments.
• Maintain current and historic resident lease files with an organized filing system, updating records and ensuring secure storage.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts by preparing brochures, community information, follow‑up correspondence, and lease renewal packages.
• Enter lease‑related data into the property management software (Yardi/OneSite), including resident details, move‑in dates, lease terms, rates, and concessions.

Required profile

• Experience in lease administration or property management support.
• Ability to coordinate with leasing professionals and manage multiple documentation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Familiarity with property management software for data entry and record keeping.
