Community Manager for Avana South Oaks

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Avana South Oaks property, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
- Control expenditures, maintain petty cash, and stay within approved budget limits.
- Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, manage evictions, and collect late fees.
- Analyze market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with a focus on financial performance.
- Ability to lead a team, communicate with vendors, owners, and residents effectively.
