Leasing Professional – Wrenstone at the Highlands

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Wrenstone at the Highlands community, a stabilized mid‑rise property with 323 units in Nashville. You will be responsible for attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor local market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience performing full‑cycle leasing and sales activities in a residential community.
• Ability to inspect and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Strong awareness of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
• Proven capability to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Proficiency with property management software to manage data and reporting.
