About the role
Box is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join its Small‑Medium Business (SMB) sales team. You will be responsible for driving new revenue and expanding existing accounts across a variety of industries, helping customers of 1‑500 employees adopt Box’s intelligent content management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Research prospects and existing customers to uncover specific business challenges and demonstrate Box’s value.
- Influence key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to move deals forward.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan covering the assigned market.
- Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers within the territory.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to leverage AI tools to improve decision‑making.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
