Co‑Founder & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

About the role

The Co‑Founder & Chief Strategy Officer will help shape Govuni Collective’s progressive economic model, driving business development, fundraising, and AI‑enabled workforce innovation. This is a remote‑first position based in the Houston metro area with periodic in‑person campaigning.

Key responsibilities

• Build partnerships with progressive businesses, unions, nonprofits, and academic institutions.
• Secure funding through grants, sponsorships, investor backing, and political donations.
• Lead grassroots mobilization, union organizing, and volunteer recruitment.
• Implement AI‑driven workforce solutions and oversee Agile/Scrum project management.
• Drive policy advocacy, public relations, and representation at conferences and labor events.

Required profile

• Visionary leader with an extensive professional network in progressive sectors.
• Proven experience in business development, fundraising, and partnership negotiation.
• Background in union organizing, grassroots activism, or political campaigning.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled workforce tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
