Coalition Support Service Desk Technician

About the role

Join GDIT’s fast‑growing US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES‑X) program. You will provide frontline technical support to U.S. military personnel, NATO partners, international students, and host‑nation civilians, ensuring mission‑critical systems remain secure, reliable, and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver polite, professional, and responsive customer service in face‑to‑face and remote settings.
• Provide first‑contact incident resolution for hardware, software, and application issues, escalating to Tier II/III when needed.
• Screen, diagnose, and log internal inquiries related to PCs, printers, laptops, and Windows applications.
• Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow, documenting status and solutions.
• Perform Level I/II Active Directory tasks such as account unlocks and provisioning.
• Assist users with email, home directories, file access, and other local procedures.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5 + years of related system administration, technical support, or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
