Certified Trainer

About the role

Levain Bakery is seeking Certified Trainers who act as the gold standard for how the team treats each other, customers, and products. Certified Trainers are responsible for all aspects of training and coaching within the bakery, serving as brand ambassadors and ensuring that every team member embodies Levain’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team collaboration by fostering curiosity, compassion, and meaningful connections among coworkers.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with team members and management.
• Stay informed about new products, procedures, and promotions, and disseminate this knowledge to staff.
• Deliver comprehensive training programs using Levain’s MIX training system.
• Identify training needs proactively and address them with consistent, patient support.
