Trainer for Security Operations

About the role

The Trainer will deliver core, initial, refresher and safety training for hourly personnel at assigned Brink’s facilities. This role ensures that all employees meet certification standards and that safety and security equipment is consistently available.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct core training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
• Manage functional certification, including training, measurement, and testing.
• Provide safety training and monitor Learning in Field Experience (LIFE) compliance.
• Perform CIT street inspections and observation rides as part of certification.
• Track and report city and state permits/licenses and any related training changes.
• Ensure radios, firearms, vests, uniforms and other security equipment are stocked and functional.
• Cross‑train in related duties and guard liability and assets as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver structured training programs.
• Attention to compliance with safety and certification policies.
• Willingness to work onsite at multiple facility locations.
