Buyer I / Procurement Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Buyer I / Procurement Specialist you will source a wide range of goods and services that keep the organization running smoothly. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase items such as technology, software, office furniture, facilities equipment, promotional items and service contracts.
• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements, evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and manage purchase orders through the procurement system.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve invoicing or quality issues, and coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct market research, develop bid specifications, analyze proposals and support contract development.

Required profile

• Associate degree or technical certification, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of procurement, purchasing, supply‑chain or vendor‑management experience.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
