Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its BizTech team. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, translating complex requirements into scalable system designs that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch.
• Configure and customize business systems, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and performance assessments for business applications.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Analyze current processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement optimizations.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing for new implementations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on breaking down complex business processes.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
