Business Operations – AI Builder

About the role

Rillet is seeking a Business Operations professional who builds AI‑powered tools and processes, partnering with leaders across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Deployment to transform ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with function leaders to define and execute AI‑driven transformation initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end execution, from problem framing to daily operational rollout.
• Drive adoption and ensure measurable change in team workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineering to leverage Rillet’s AI infrastructure.
• Lead high‑visibility BizOps projects such as investor reporting, market expansion analysis, and GTM performance improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience, including time at a top‑tier consulting firm (MBB) or VC/PE fund followed by an operating role at a high‑growth startup.
• Proven track record of building AI‑powered systems, tools, or processes.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Action‑oriented with a bias toward execution and ownership.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with current AI tooling and rapid application to real workflows.
• Ability to articulate built solutions: problem, approach, tech stack, and outcomes.
