About the role
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition and management of high‑value staffing deals across multiple locations. You will expand the company’s footprint, identify strategic opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the Manpower brand portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and business opportunities in areas such as HC, Engineering, Perm, Skilled Tech, Onsite solutions, and light industrial.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand staffing needs, and present tailored ManpowerGroup solutions.
- Negotiate and close multi‑location transactions, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within staffing or professional services.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
