Business Analyst – YouTube Strategy & Operations

About the role

You will join the YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team, focusing on analytics for the Americas region. The role partners with Business Operations, Go‑to‑Market, Product Activation and Partnerships leaders to solve strategic, financial and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deconstruct complex, ambiguous business problems into structured quantitative analyses.
• Develop and maintain SQL‑based data models and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Design, deploy and scale automated self‑service tools for stakeholders.
• Lead experimental design (A/B testing) to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Manage cross‑functional projects and coordinate with partner teams across Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics).
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, modeling and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
