Bilingual Financial Coach (Spanish)

About the role

NFP is seeking a bilingual Financial Coach who can deliver financial education to employees of its 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients. The coach will use NFP’s proprietary financial wellness platform to conduct group and individual sessions in both English and Spanish, both in‑person and virtually, while building relationships that can lead to wealth‑management referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and one‑on‑one financial education meetings in English and Spanish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plan participants, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Increase employee participation and contribution rates through targeted education.
• Cross‑sell NFP’s full suite of services and coordinate with ERISA teams for compliance.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow up on deliverables, and resolve employee inquiries.
• Travel regionally up to 80% of the time (approximately three weeks per month).

Required profile

• College degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Self‑starter with strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
