Automotive Service Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at Classic Toyota of Henderson. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and profitability for a busy dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians and support staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Ensure timely, quality service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze expenses and implement strategies to improve department profitability.
• Develop initiatives to grow service revenue and manage pricing approvals.
• Oversee parts inventory, ordering and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service‑related issues.
• Train and mentor employees to achieve individual and team goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing an automotive service department.
• Proven track record of running a profitable service operation.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Required skills

• Dealership software and systems proficiency.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
