Automotive Service Director – Luxury Service Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Service Director to lead the fixed‑operations service department at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Columbia, SC. The role combines luxury hospitality with operational excellence to deliver world‑class client experiences and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all service department operations, including workflow management, technician productivity, dispatching, and quality control.
• Maintain and improve key performance indicators such as gross profit, effective labor rate, technician efficiency, warranty performance, and repair order accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Jaguar Land Rover operational and warranty standards.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and transparency.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive retention and advocacy.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing service team while fostering a culture of accountability and luxury hospitality.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in high‑line automotive service environments.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction, CSI performance, and online reputation.
• Ability to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
