About the role

The Associate - Operations will handle inbound calls from customers and agents, resolving queries related to insurance policy transactions such as new business, renewals, and amendments.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service for insurance policy transactions.
  • Meet or exceed business KRAs including NPS, Quality, Productivity, and AHT.
  • Work in a 24 × 7 environment with split-offs and rotational shifts.
  • Be willing to work onsite or in a hybrid model as required by the business.

Required profile

  • Solutions mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to adapt to team challenges and business requirements.
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Efficient use of internet, computer, typing, and web‑based applications.
  • Essential numeracy, product knowledge, and telephone etiquette.
