Associate, Alpha – $100,000/year

About the role

Alpha is seeking an energetic Associate to motivate K‑8 students across multiple campuses in the United States. This full‑time, onsite position blends life‑skills workshop facilitation with one‑on‑one coaching, using AI‑driven analytics to help every learner reach 100% of their weekly goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one‑hour life‑skills workshops on public speaking, focus, feedback and related topics, adapting content and creating new sessions as needed.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small‑group motivation sessions, using Coachbot analytics and incentive systems to drive goal completion.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each skill and provide targeted coaching for students who fall short.
• Track cohort performance, ensuring all students meet weekly goals, pass assessments, and report high satisfaction.
• After mastering the role, mentor new hires as a Lead Guide while continuing direct student work.

Required profile

• Passionate about high standards and believes students can achieve 100% of their goals.
• Experience coaching youth (sports, camps, tutoring, or similar).
• Comfortable delivering engaging workshops to children aged 5‑13.
• Willingness to work on‑site at one of Alpha’s campuses and relocate if needed.
