About the role
Helmut Lang is looking for an Associate Account Executive to support and grow its department‑store business across men’s and women’s collections. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to develop account‑management expertise while collaborating with internal teams to drive commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with major department stores for both men’s and women’s lines.
- Support seasonal selling activities, including market appointments, line presentations, and order writing.
- Assist in achieving seasonal sales targets and monitor key performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate order entry, revisions, and follow‑ups throughout each season.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and sell‑through to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning, production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track deliveries, resolve order issues, and prepare seasonal recaps and sales reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of wholesale sales or account‑management experience, preferably in contemporary or designer fashion.
- Strong understanding of the department‑store wholesale business.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset comfortable working with sales data.
- Passion for fashion and alignment with the Helmut Lang brand ethos.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $65,000‑$70,000 per year.
