About the role
The Account Manager will own and scale NEST NEW YORK’s Amazon channel, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue. This analytical, execution‑oriented professional will integrate Amazon activities within the broader direct‑to‑consumer ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day performance of the Amazon channel, including sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Develop and execute growth plans aligned with DTC and marketing strategies.
- Identify and act on opportunities in pricing, promotions, assortment, and visibility.
- Lead Amazon components of new product launches and major events such as Prime Day.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance teams.
- Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and optimize ROAS and TACoS.
- Maintain Amazon Storefront and product detail pages, ensuring accurate content, imagery, and pricing.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience managing an Amazon marketplace business.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence strategic decisions.
- Proactive, execution‑driven attitude and ownership mentality.
